Life is hard, let’s get through it together.

I try to offer a warm and relational approach to make life more fulfilling and manageable. Life will continue to throw curve balls, but with the right tools and attitude we can approach the challenges with ease and determination. I use art therapy, eco-psychology, and attachment based approach to therapeutic healing and growth, rooted in creativity and connection with nature in the Twin Cities.

No experience is required with art, nature or therapy—just an openness to self-discovery, growth in relationships, and curiosity.

Who I Am

Welcome, my name is Tessa Wolden. I am a trained Art Therapist and Counselor who uses a trauma-informed lens with all my clients.
